Summer Love

Ah, summer. I love summer because it's fuzzy around the edges. Everything's a bit hazy and the nights blend into the days and nothing is as serious as it would be in the winter. It's relaxed and it's ambitious and it's a time for reinvention and fun. Summer is just very lovely I think, and it comes with it's own style. And so, here are some of the lovely things that I will most definitely be loving this summer.

1. OPI Brights Nail Polish


I'm usually not one for super bright nail polish. In fact, I'm not usually one for nail polish at all. But I think summer, with flip flops and pools and the beach kind of begs for some pretty toes. I might even consider getting all Roy G Biv on my feet if the mood strikes me.





2. Vers Wood iPod Speaker Dock




Perfect for the imaginary Barbecues and Garden Parties I frequently host.






3. Andy Warhol "Happy Bug Day" Tote

A little secret: I hate bugs. However, I absolutely love this tote bag. It's so whimsical and cute, I'll pretend that I'm one of those people who doesn't immediately smash ants and spiders when they see them. 4. Chloe EDP

Smells amazing, and the bottle is the prettiest one my shelf.









I also like Marc Jacobs Grapefruit. The staying power isn't great, but it smells very fresh and summery, and you get a lot for the price. I like to put it in the refrigerator and use it as a cooling spray too.
